Conditions of participation

Subject of the Conditions of Participation and Organizer

These conditions of participation regulate the conditions for participation in the competition and any necessary transfer of rights. The description and the procedure of the respective lottery take place within the framework of the respective lottery campaign on the organizer's homepage www.roar.gr. The competition is organized by Infinity Entertainment IKE / ROAR! Rock of Angels Records) Byzantiou 10, GR-57004 Angelochori Greece. By participating in the respective competition, these conditions of participation are accepted.

Participation

Participation in the Infinity Entertainment IKE competition, hereinafter referred to as the organizer, is free of charge and is based exclusively on these conditions of participation.
In order to take part in the competition, it is necessary to fill out the address field on the website www.roar.gr/anniversary-raffle. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Submissions received after the closing date will not be considered for the draw. Participation in the competition is possible from January 6th, 2023 – 1:00 a.m. to June 30th, 2023 – 11:00 p.m. possible. During this period, users are given the opportunity to to participate in a competition.

Eligibility

Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are entitled to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services. If a participant is restricted in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
All persons and employees of the organizer and affiliated companies involved in the conception and implementation of the competition as well as the relatives of such employees and their relatives are not entitled to participate in the competition. Participation with fake identities or with identities of third parties is not allowed. Only one submitted registration per participant takes part in the competition. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple addresses or profiles to increase the odds of winning. The organizer also reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude people from participating if there are legitimate reasons. Such reasons are in particular:

• Manipulations related to access to or implementation of the Sweepstakes
• Violations of these Conditions of Participation
• unfair dealing or
• false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize can be subsequently revoked.

Prizes, Prize Notification and Prize Submission

Among all eligible participants, we will raffle the one on the page https://roar.gr/anniversary-raffle/participation/ prizes listed. The winners will be determined within one week after the closing date for entries in a random draw among all participants. The participants who are winners of the raffle will be informed of the prize in a timely manner via a separate email and on the website www.roar.gr/annirversary-raffle. The prize is handed over exclusively to the participant who has won or to the legal representative of the legally incompetent person An exchange, a transfer and a cash payment of the prize are not possible. The organizer will bear any costs incurred for shipping the prizes.
The risk passes to the participant when the prize is handed over to a transport person.
The organizer is not responsible for delivery damage. Additional costs associated with claiming the prize will be borne by the participant who won. The participant who has won is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the participant who has won does not report within a period of 3 weeks after being
asked twice, the entitlement to the prize expires. In this case, the organizer is entitled to carry out a substitute draw and then transfer the prize to another participant. Only one prize is possible per participant. If circumstances arise for which the organizer is not responsible, the respective
participant who has won accepts an appropriate replacement prize. Circumstances that are beyond our control are in particular those that lie with the sponsors of the prizes.

Closure of the Sweepstakes

The organizer reserves the right to end the competition prematurely, in whole or in part, at any time, even without observing deadlines and without prior notice and without giving reasons or to change its course if, for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons, it is not possible to guarantee that the competition will be carried out properly and according to plan.

Privacy

Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data (first and last name, e-mail and postal address, telephone number and date of birth. The participant assures that the personal information provided, in particular first and last name, E-mail address, postal address and date of birth are truthful and correct.
The organizer is responsible for the collection, processing and use of personal data of the participants. The organizer will only use the personal details of the participant and his other personal data within the framework of the statutory provisions of data protection law. The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties without their consent, nor will they be allowed to use them.
The organizer will only save, process and use the information to the extent that this is necessary for the implementation of the competition or the participant has given his consent. In the event of a win, the participant who has won declares himself/herself by publishing his name and place of residence in the IKE / ROAR! Rock of Angels Records used advertising media (social media, print media) voluntarily. This includes the announcement of the winner on the organiser's website and its social media platforms. The participant voluntarily agrees (in Germany according to Art. 6 Para.1 lit. a
DSGVO) that the organizer can use his personal data (namely his first name, his last name, his contact details such as address and e-mail address for advertising purposes (sending of Advertising brochures as well as information about the latest products of the organizer's company by e-mail / post. The personal data will not be passed on to third parties.
The personal data will be stored for as long as the organizer needs them for advertising purposes or as long as the consent is revoked by the participant.
The participant is entitled to obtain information about this personal data from the organizer and to request its correction if the personal data concerning him/her is incorrect. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the participant has the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data – also by means of a supplementary declaration. The participant also has the right to information about the information used for advertising purposes, in particular about

• The recipient of the data. Present the organizer data.
• The existence of a right to correction or deletion of the personal data concerning you

or to restriction of processing by the person responsible or a right to object to this processing;
If personal data is transmitted to a third country or to an international organization, the data subject has the right to be informed of the appropriate guarantees pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR in connection with the transmission. The controller provides a copy of the personal data that is the subject of the processing. The participant can revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent by email, on the organizer's homepage or in writing to the organizer at the email address info@roar-records.eu. After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately. The revocation of the consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the point of revocation. The participant has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of direct advertising; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with such direct advertising. The objection must be sent by email to info@roar-records.eu. If the participant concerned objects to the processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.

Governing Law

Questions and complaints in connection with the competition should be addressed to the organizer.
The competition of the organizer is governed exclusively by the laws of Greece. The legal process is excluded.

Severability

Should a provision of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of these Conditions of Participation. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these Conditions of
Participation.
